We have a storefront full of products from small business owners just like you & a media studio to bring all of your branding ideas to life!

 

The HUB is equipped with tables, chairs, clothing racks, display cases, a dressing room, and more to accompany vendors

We are able to host mini pop-up shops consisting of up to 7 vendors (2 outside spaces)

The HUB is also equipped for Professional meetings and presentations.

The studio inside the hub contains all the equipment necessary for:

  • Photoshoots
  • Interviews
  • Product commercials/photoshoots

FOOD VENDORS - $100/MO  

THIS GRANTS YOU ACCESS TO SERVE FOOD 4X DURING A CALENDAR MONTH WITH YOUR CHOICE OF 2 WEEKEND DAYS!

YOU’LL HAVE UP TO 4 HOURS PER SESSION AND ANY ADDITIONAL DAYS NEEDED WILL BE $50 PER DAY.

 

PRODUCT VENDORS - $50/MO TO [HOUSE PRODUCTS]

  • VISIT UNLIMITED
  • INDEPENDENTLY SELL YOUR OWN ITEMS in store
  • Inclusion in group email blast to all of our subscribers

 

  • $100/MO [HOUSING & MARKETING]
  • VISIT UNLIMITED
  • INDEPENDENTLY SELL YOUR OWN ITEMS in store
  • Co~work with Y.E. to sell “live” on our platform
  • Sponsorship adds on our weekly live interviews/podcasts
  • 2 personal email blasts
  • 1-2 posts weekly on our social media platforms

 

Media pass - $150/mo

  • 6 hours scheduled shooting time. (must schedule in advance to guarantee slot)

 

Entrepioneer pass -$50/mo

This grants you access to use our wifi, printer, meeting space, and enjoy local-owned tea/coffee upon your visits. Free tea/coffee is available up to 2 visits per month and must be purchased individually afterwards.
